Michael Courtney

The Boss

Michael is an actor/singer/producer living in the lovely city of Lincoln in the United Kingdom. Over the past 25 years Michael has starred in many musical theatre shows, with his rich light baritone/tenor voice he has enthralled listeners across the UK, Europe and indeed all over the world. His many ranging styles and unique sense of comedy have seen him command the stage for the past 25 years.

The last twelve years have seen Michael producing hit show after hit show, bringing his unique flair and vision to life in whatever show he produces.

Michael is also in demand as a director and writer, a job which he relishes. He strives to bring professionalism and quality to all his work.

On this site you will find examples of his productions and design work. The aim is to bring only the finest shows to theatres and corporate venues, with the emphasis on QUALITY. "Everything we do is in house, we supply all lighting and sound, sets and costumes"

​Karen Ludmer

Marketing & Graphics

Karen Ludmer first started working for the Entertainment Industry nearly twenty years ago.

During this time she has been involved in Casting, Programming, and Head of Marketing and Publicity for MCP.

More recently Karen has worked alongside Michael Courtney as his Graphic Designer for all his flyers, posters and programmes. Tours she has worked with in this capacity include, Mad About The Musicals, Waterloo, Its D’Lovely, Shakin' All Over, over 30 Pantomimes and Love Changes Everything UK tour.

Grant Witton

Production Manager/Sound Engineer/designer

Grant started working as a lighting and sound operator in his spare time from the age of fourteen at the Stamford Shakespeare Company, Lincolnshire. Grant has worked on a variety of shows from Shakespeare to full festivals. He has worked on Waterloo UK 2010 and the Michael Courtney’s pantomime, Aladdin at the Princes Theatre, Clacton On Sea, and Jack and the Beanstalk at DG One in Dumfries.

Grant is now Lighting Manager at Stamford Shakespeare Company making sure all the shows go up looking their best. He recently completed the UK tour of A Night Of Musicals with Michael Courtney Productions followed by the pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk at DG One Dumfries. Grant has designed the sound for "Mad About The Musicals" 10th Anniversary Tour 2016 and all of Michaels Pantomimes.

Jennifer Bennett Price

Choreographer

Jennifer Bennett Price is originally from Los Angeles. Having trained at the University of California San Diego and the San Diego Academy of Performing Arts.

Jennifer’s choreography CV includes over 30 production shows for Thomson Cruises, Fred Olsen Cruises and Warner Leisure Hotels, Sainsbury’s, Thomas Cook, John Lewis, Francis House Charity, Universal Dance Creations, E3 Group.

Jennifer has been happily working with Michael Courtney Productions since 2009, choreographing Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, A Night of Musicals, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, Snow White and the wonderful The All New Gaiety Whirl.
